Jay K. Hibbard Director - Operations and Development Jay Hibbard is a qualified Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) pilot, ground penetrating radar (GPR) operator, sonar operator, and data processing technician with 13 years of field deployments. He has spent the majority of that time on inshore structural inspections, including hydro electric plants, nuclear plants, large water intake systems, oxygen diffuser systems, large sewers, treatment plants, ocean outfalls, and near shore recovery. Mr. Hibbard has operated ROVs for the U.S. Army, the City of Chicago, and Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute. He was a lead pilot during Chicago's Northeast Tunnel failure during 1997 and 1998 and the Bad Creek Pump Storage Station inspection in 2001. Mr. Hibbard is a graduate of Western Michigan University in Automotive Technology Engineering. He is a certificated ROV supervisor through the Association of Diving Contractors (ADC).
Bradley L. Hibbard Director - Operations and Development Bradley Hibbard is a qualified ROV pilot, GPR operator, sonar operator, and data processing technician with 13 years of field experience. During that time, he has conducted numerous inshore structural inspections on hydro electric plants, nuclear plants, large water intake systems, oxygen diffuser systems, large sewers, treatment plants, ocean outfalls, and near shore recovery. His experience includes operating ROVs for the U.S. Army, the City of Chicago, and Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute. Mr. Hibbard was a lead pilot during the Northeast Tunnel failure in Chicago during 1997 and 1998 and the Middle Fork Tunnel inspection in 2000. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. Brad Hibbard is an ADC-certificated ROV supervisor.
Jim L. Hibbard Director - Marketing and Sales Jim Hibbard has 20 years of experience in ROV systems with the majority of that time spent on inshore structural inspections, including hydro electric plants, nuclear plants, large water intake systems, oxygen diffuser systems, large sewers, treatment plants, ocean outfalls, and near shore recovery. Mr. Hibbard has completed certificated ASNT instruction, FAA repairman certification, and he holds degrees in management from Western Michigan University. Mr. Hibbard formed the TSL Joint Venture for the developments of the longest range commercial ROV with the Institute for Marine Technology Problems, Vladivostok, Russia. He was the project manager on the Ponce Ocean Outfall inspection in 2002 and 2003, a project that included deepwater open ocean external pipeline inspection and internal inspection of the 3.5-mile long outfall.
