One constant at Hibbard Inshore has been dedication to safety and quality of work. The outstanding operational record of Hibbard Inshore is a result of a continuing effort by supervision and line personnel to not only "Think Safety" but act safely. Hibbard Inshore has a strong history of attention to safety at our own facilities and on the jobsite. Our personnel is extensively trained to meet OSHA, ADCI, EPA, USACE, USCG and USN standards as well as the appropriate state standards. All operations are supervised by Association of Diving Contractors (ADCI)-certificated ROV supervisors.

As an ADCI Associate Member we promote safe and effective underwater operations. Hibbard Inshore has been instrumental in the development of the ROV Pilot/Technician Certification program.
