Remote operated vehicles (ROVs) and the peripheral technology give Hibbard Inshore a wide range of capabilities when it comes to underwater structural inspections. While ROVs and divers make an effective and comprehensive team, an ROV alone can perform some tasks that divers have never been able to do.
